Even though these aren’t brand new, they remain must-know compliance rules for employers:

๐‚๐จ๐ง๐ญ๐ซ๐š๐œ๐ญ๐ฌ – Only fixed-term contracts allowed (up to 3 years). Unlimited contracts abolished.
๐„๐ง๐ ๐จ๐Ÿ ๐’๐ž๐ซ๐ฏ๐ข๐œ๐ž ๐†๐ซ๐š๐ญ๐ฎ๐ข๐ญ๐ฒ – Must be paid within 14 days of the final working day.
๐๐ซ๐จ๐›๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง – Termination requires 14 days’ written notice.
๐–๐จ๐ซ๐ค ๐Œ๐จ๐๐ž๐ฅ๐ฌ – Full-time, part-time, temporary, flexible/remote recognized.
๐Œ๐š๐ญ๐ž๐ซ๐ง๐ข๐ญ๐ฒ ๐‹๐ž๐š๐ฏ๐ž – 60 days (45 fully paid, 15 half pay).
๐๐š๐ซ๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐š๐ฅ ๐‹๐ž๐š๐ฏ๐ž – 5 paid working days for both parents.
๐๐จ๐ง-๐ƒ๐ข๐ฌ๐œ๐ซ๐ข๐ฆ๐ข๐ง๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง – Equal pay and protection against bias.
